Anthony P. Jones 1957-2011 BENNINGTON Anthony P. Jones, 54, a resident of Applegate Drive in Bennington died unexpectedly Tuesday October 5, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Bennington, Vt., April 14, 1957. He was the son of the late Wallace E. and Margaret Haley Jones. Tony received his education in Bennington, Vt., and New Jersey. He later graduated from Southern Vermont College with a B.A. in Business Management. Tony served in the United States Army. He married the former Donna Clemons on August 28, 1991 in Bennington. Tony was employed as an LNA at the Vermont Veterans Home and also did private duty nursing. Survivors include his wife Donna Jones of Bennington; two daughters Amy Jacobsen Buxton of Middlebury and Mary Beth Clemons and Chad Cornell of Rochester, N.H. Three grandchildren. A brother Ryerson Mausert and his wife Sandra of Eagle Bridge, N.Y. A sister Dawn Clarke and her husband Greg of Springfield, N.J. Three nieces and their husbands, Susan and Andy Stienberg of Parsippany, N.J., Karen Clarke and Timothy Shafer of Cranford, N.J., and Laura and John Pember of East Brunswick, NJ,; two nephews Walter Clarke and his wife Sarah of South Orange, N.J., and Ryerson Mausert Jr. and his wife Patricia of Hoosick Falls, N.Y. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. If friends desire contributions in memory of Anthony P.
