| Mary Lu Gallagher
Mary Lu Gallagher, a resident of Bensalem, passed away suddenly, Thursday December 8, 2005, at the age of 49.
She was the wife of Bernard P. Gallagher, to whom she was married for 31 years. Born in Philadelphia, a daughter of Thomas Nealon and the late Mary Whipple Mistretta, Mary Lu was a 1974 Graduate of Bensalem High School and a graduate of Bucks County Community College. She was a regional Sales Representative for Smith Kline for 14 years and for the last 5 years was the proprietor of Gallagher's Flowers & Gift Baskets. Mary Lu enjoyed scrap-booking, animals, Caribbean Travel and adored her three granddaughters.
In addition to her husband, Mary Lu is also survived by her loving daughter Kathy (Bryan) of Bensalem; three granddaughters, Gabriela, Hannah and Isabella; a sister, Joann (Jack) Curry of Easton; two brothers, Tommy (Karen) Nealon of Philadelphia and J.K. (Linda) Pickford of Belmar, N.J.; several nieces and nephews; and her step-mother, Pat Nealon.
Relatives and friends are invited to share in Mary Lu's Life Celebration Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Beck Givnish Funeral Home, 7400 New Falls Rd., Levittown, and also Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at St. Ephrem's Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, where her Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
