Joseph "Jay" Janiszewski of Philadelphia passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009. He was 54. Born in Pensacola, Fla., he was a resident of Philadelphia for 13 years and was a former resident of Bensalem. Jay was employed as a machinist with SPS Technologies for 10 years. He attended St. Francis Vocational School, "The Hut," and also attended Bensalem High School. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Margaret (Sheppard) Smack of Philadelphia; one brother, John Janiszewski and his wife, Debbie, of Bensalem; one nephew, Jonathan; and one niece, Shannon.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 10 a.m. Monday at Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, where friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn. Friends may also call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
