The only thing that kept me out of college was highschool !! I had planned to attend Yale University but after they had sent me an application and literature I found out that they had no co-ed dorms or drinking classes so I said the hell with college!! I did the next best thing and went to work with the N.C. Dept. of Corrections in 1971 and retired from there in 1999!! I never did get married because I stuck to my ole 2 rules that got me through highschool!! (1) never buy the book when you can just go to the library, (2) a man can go broke by himself, he does not need any help to strave to death!! I spend 2 months a year Nov. and Dec. with my 33 year old nephew in West Palm Beack, Florida reminding him how lucky he is to be single like his ole uncle!! Hope to see everyone at the reunion!!
