Any who knew Danny recognized his strong will and drive to be all that he could be...and was. He was a loving husband and brother, and his wry sense of humor could crack you up. A quiet man who enjoyed his classic movies, old cars, war memorabilia, and racing....Daytona 500 or 24-hour, didn't matter which. The man could cook up some fine fried chicken and burgers and loved being involved in the evolution of the grandkids on both sides of the family. A good friend who loved to just sit and observe; talking was optional, who gave as much as he received from life. A true and original character...and one who is sorely missed. What a man Danny was and I was fortunate to be part of his life for 21 years----we had a blast!!!! He was very wise and patient. He loved cats. He traveled the world. He never stopped learning. He was an outstanding teacher. He was loved by many. Susan
