For many years before she got married, Helen and I were on our own here in Raleigh, She and I became very close and grew to be quite dependant on each other. She loved me unconditionally, as I did her. My sister's death has left a hole in my live that can never be filled. Helen was the most giving person I've ever known, sometimes to a fault, not only to me but to a lot of family and friends, even to people who others had long given up on. When I would tell her that she was too generous, she would always say that she wanted to give while she was still alive. I've aways known how lucky I was to have her for a sister, and I miss her.
