Ruth E. Stacks, 64, of Coloma passed away Monday, March 16, 2015, at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph.
She was born Jan. 15, 1951, in Benton Harbor.
On Dec. 19, 1980, she married Rodney "Ron" Stacks in a ceremony in New Mexico. He preceded her in death in 2011.
She is survived by her son, John Stacks (Kristal Burgess) of Coloma; grandchildren: Dillin, James "J.D.," John and Devon Stacks; her grandchildren's mother, Anna Shuttuck; as well as several nieces and nephews.
At Ruth's request, cremation has taken place and the family will be having a private memorial service at a later time.
