Judith C. Gibson, 65, of Brunswick, passed away on Jan. 7, 2015. She was born on July 5, 1949 in Sweetland, W.Va. to James and Ardith (nee Stickler) Wade.

Judy served in ministry at Harvest Time Church in many ways, including church secretary for over two decades. She loved serving God, was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog, Lily. Judy was a very kind, generous, and loving person.

She will be dearly missed by her mother, Ardith Wade; husband, Vernon; children, Michelle (John) Rayson, Shawna (James) Stewart, Sheila (Brian) Swan, Jamie (Tyler) Doyen; step-son, Ricky Gibson; sister, Vickie (Tom) McKay; brother, James “Randy” (Theresa) Wade; grandchildren, Zane, Olivia, Jacob, Jared, Emily, Sophia, Katelyn, Justin, Sean, Dawn, Emily; and great grandchild, Winnie.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Wade and her step-son, Phillip Gibson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Doorway Of Hope Outreach Ministry, 87 Uncles Branch, Sweetland, West Virginia, 25523. Carlson Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
