I remember seeing Heidi walking in the hallways. She had a locker close to mine. She seemed so confident and strong, in spite of her health issues,and always seemed surrounded by friends. I am sorry to hear that she is gone, and send my condolences to her family.
Heidi was really cool. I knew her since third grade and lived one street over. Her and Dawn Alderman were always hanging and Ron Hopp lived next door what a crazy neighborhood back in the day!
I echo the same sentiment as Byron; and yes, we had a CRAZY neighborhood! I grew up with Heidi and always had fond memories of our early childhood, throughout high school, and into our college years. Our parents, as with most of the adults in our neighborhood, grew up together. So much love throughout the families etc. existed through the years. It was a sad day when I heard this strong, opinionated, fireplug of a woman had passed. RIP Heidi!!! Your memory is still alive.
Heidi was a wonderful person and had the most beautiful handwriting I have ever seen. She had the hands of an artist. I am saddened that she has passed and hope her family is well.
