TOM .MALEY

I went from Berea High School to Borromeo Seminary to begin studies for the Roman Catholic priesthood, until I discerned that God had other plans for me. I spent several years working and attending college at the OSU extension at Lakewood High School. I trained as a radiologic technologist at the old Southwest General Hospital. Following my training and passing our board exam I was awarded my R.T. (Registered Technologist). I returned to OSU, this time in Columbus, persuing a BSRT degree, until my father's passing in July, 1971 when I was forced to leave Ohio State. I worked at Fairview Hospital from 1971 until Feb, 1985. While there I studied C-T Imaging (CAT Scans) and was certified in C-T Imaging when these boards were first inaugurated in 1995. I worked at St. John Hospital on Detroit Ave., Cleveland, and then Lutheran Hospital on W. 25th St. Fairview and Lutheran Hospitals were bought by the Cleveland Clinic in the early 2000's and I retired from there as a Cleveland Clinic employee on May 15, 2009. Since then I have been spending my time relaxing, spending time with family and friends and doing whatever I feel like doing. I am single and live with my Persian cat, Simon.
