Alois Hugh Caspar, born January 11, 1950

Alois Hugh Caspar, 26, of Boyce, died Aug. 8 in Orracoke. N.C., as a result of drowning during Hurricane Belle. Mr. Caspar was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alan L. Caspar of Boyce. He was a graduate of Powhatan School and Clarke County High School. He attended Shimer College, Mt. Carroll, 111. and Lord Fairfax Community College. He was employed at Ranson Fruit Co., Ranson, W.
