Faye Elizabeth Marshall, 53, of Winchester, died Saturday, June 19, 2004, in Winchester Medical Center. Ms. Marshall was born Sept. 1, 1950, in W Winchester, the daughter of John T. and Josephine Payne Marshall.
She was a quality control inspector at Crown Cork & Seal, where she had worked for 31 years. She was an active member of St. Paul AME Church in Winchester, w here she was church treasurer, secretary of the Trustee Board, and past member of the Gospel Choir and hospitality ministry. She was a member of Maggie Ferrah Desmond Temple 760.
Surviving are a daughter, Tonya Marshall of Winchester; a son, Craig Marshall of Butner, N.C.; three brothers, James Marshall and Tyrone Marshall, both of Clarke County, and John Marshall Jr. of Capitol Heights, Md.; a sister, Brenda M. Miles of Winchester; 11 grandchildren; and her companion, Phillip Harris.
A sister, JoAnne Marshall, is deceased.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Braddock Street United Methodist Church, Winchester, with the Rev. Kevin Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Charles “Buster” Jackson Community Cemetery,
White Post.
