Michael Todd Franklin, 10, of Berryville, died in Medical College of Virginia Hospital, Richmond, yesterday. He had been critically ill over the past three weeks. He was born January 11, 1958, in the Winchester Memorial Hospital, son of Lawrence E. and Mary Carpenter Franklin of Clarke County. He attended Berryville Elementary School, was a member of the Marvin Chapel Methodist Church, and was active in Cub Scouting. Surviving with his parents are two brothers, Milton and Mitchell Franklin. A funeral service will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock at the John E. Enders Funeral Home, Berryville, by Rev. Charles Ammons and the Rev Julian Orrell. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Berryville.
