Ricky Vincent Pendleton, 54, of Millwood, Virginia, died Friday, August 9, 2013 at his residence. Ricky was born September 17, 1958 in Winchester, Virginia, the son of Logan Jones and Anna Mae Pendleton. He was a landscaper. He was a member of Guilfield Baptist Church in Millwood where he served as a deacon for over 12 years. He also volunteered in the Millwood community. He was married to the late Sandra Pendleton. Surviving are three sisters, Jacqueline Pendleton of Charles Town, WV, Brenda Kibler of Potomac, MD, and Carol Pendleton of Millwood, VA; a brother, Altire Logan Pendleton of Millwood, VA; two step-children, L. J. and Cassie; a beloved cousin, Rose Ann Williams; four nieces, Sonya Pendleton of Ohio, Evone Pendleton and Missy Pendleton, both of Martinsburg, WV, and Nicole Pendleton of Potomac, MD; two nephews, Robert Johnson of Martinsburg, WV and Ricky Pendleton of Charles Town, WV; and three great nieces, Camisha Hayes and Karla Pendleton, both of Martinsburg, WV and Tiarre Catino of Columbia, MD. A brother, Bruce C. Pendleton, preceded him in death. The family will receive friends 11:00 A. M. – 1:00 P. M. Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Guilfield Baptist Church, Millwood and funeral services will follow at 1:00 P. M. with Rev. Harold Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Little Chapel Cemetery, Millwood. Pallbearers will be Bryan Williams, Robbie Williams, Jeffrey Pendleton, Chris Pendleton, David Banks, Tyrone Banks, Deacon William Parker, and David Ferreira.
