I write this with a heavy heart. Steve was my first love in high school that lasted about 6 years. I think that worst part about our break up was that I would not be a part of his family. He had wonderful parents who were loving and thoughtful, which made me feel welcome in their home. I have a lot of memories that I will keep close and think of him fondly. I'm sorry that his journey in life was not as happy ending.
