Joe committed suicide in the summer of 1996. I didn't get to know him until the mid-90's. He was an incredible artist and friend and complex mind. Truly missed.
It is very sad to see any of our class mates leave us. This is shocking to see Joe committing suicide. I do remember him in school being very quite and reserved. It makes me wish I reached out more to him and more classmates during school and during the past 20 years. The loss is hard to accept when you remember walking past them everyday in school.
