Stephen Willard Day, born August 13, 1954 died in his sleep at his home in Germantown, Maryland on Sunday, October 14, 2007. Steve was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin University with a degree in Accounting and worked as an accountant throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his brother, Marcus M. Day III. He is survived by his son, Marcus M. Day V, his two grandchildren, Marcus M. Day VI and Leslie R. Day, his sisters, Christina D. Keker and Susan D. Drescher, six nieces and nephews, and 10 great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at St. Alban‘s Episcopal Church, 3001 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20016 on Friday, November 30, 2007 at 4 pm. Memorial contributions in memory of his life may be made to Montgomery County Humane Society, 14645 Rothgeb Drive, Rockville, Maryland 20850.
