Richard "Dickie" Oller born 3-9-55, died 10-13-2000 at age 45 of cancer. After serving in the Army, he served as a Fairfax County Police Officer and enjoyed golf. He lived in Centreville, VA. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, and 2 children.
