My close friend, Gordon Ondra (pre-med) was an intensely dedicated student and sometimes pulled an "all nighter" before a final exam. After one Saturday morning exam, he returned to his dorm room to catch a few hours sleep before dinner and starting to study for the next exam the following Monday. When I next saw him on Sunday evening, I asked how the studying was going for tomorrow's exam. His response -- there are no exams on Sunday. My response -- today is Sunday! He thought he had only taken a nap and ended up sleeping 15 hours straight.

Retired from the USAF as a Judge Advocate in 2004 after 27 years of active duty and entered civil service. Currently employed as the USAF's civilian attorney for Cultural and Natural Resources, advising installations and organizations nationwide on historic preservation, endangered species, and conservation requirements.
