TULSA, OK -- Tulsa music legend Larry Dalton has died. Dalton came to Tulsa to go to school at Oral Roberts University. But, he stayed and built a musical career that carried him across the globe.
Dalton traveled to over 40 countries with his music, played on more than 100 albums, and is most familiar, perhaps, to local audiences because of his piano work with the Tulsa Sinfonia and Oral Roberts Daily TV Show.
Dalton also played London National Symphony. Dalton will be buried in his home town of Big Stone, Virginia, but there will be a viewing on Monday night in Tulsa at Moore's Funeral Home.
