Morris (Moe) Haugse was born in Lewistown, Montana to Howard and Gertrude Haugse. At a young age, the family moved to Billings. Moe graduated from Billings Senior High in 1967. Moe was always a “car guy” and could build a pretty fast small block chevy motor. Moe had many interests from cars to airplanes to guns with some photography and trap shooting to fill in the spare time. Moe worked as a machinist at the Stillwater Mine until his retirement. Moe is survived by his brother Vern and wife Sandy and their daughter Sarah.
