Dorene and I had been friends since 4th grade at Broadwater School. We had lost touch after my marriage and after many years, I found out she was in a nursing home in Billings. She had ms and had suffered from it for quite some time. She was married to Norman Harper (no relation to me). I was so glad I was able to see and chat with her before she passed away.
