I was sorry to see this note but remember Rich so well. He was my first boyfriend, in the 7th grade and I think we went steady for about a week! Such warm memories of a truly very nice guy.
Rich was our neighbor to the north on Radcliff Dr. Whenever we visited Billings, our boys spent time at the Walters' residence almost every day. Rich and Kathy and their children Sara and Josh were very open and welcoming. I remember well the softball game in their backyard and also the nice pre-party they sponsored before our 30th BSHS Class Reunion. Something was always going on at the Walters' house. I was often offered one of Rich's famous frozen daquaries ! Rich sat behind me in German Class. He often made funny comments such as referring to our teacher as Fräulein Bieber! Rich was a great guy and had a heart of gold.I will miss his gentle spirit.
