VIOLA PEGGINS JONES WALTON, Age 80, of Wilsonville, AL passed away Fri., Feb. 17th. She was a member of Old St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Bessemer and retired from BMC Princeton where she worked as a Dietician. Surviving are her daughters, Diane Roberts (Leon) & Janice Andrews; sons, Steven (Gayle) & Randy Jones (Debra); stepson, Derrick Brown; sisters, Elnora Macklin, Bernice Barnsfield & Betty Boykins; brother, James Peggins (Mary Lee); former husband and best friend, Eddie Jones, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Diane Jones Tindley; 14 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Mary Peggins and brother-in-law, Curtis Hill. Funeral service will be held on Sat., Feb. 25th at 12:00 Noon from the church, 3231 Avenue D (Paul's Hill). Burial will be in Zion Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be Friday from 1-7 PM.
