My name is Samantha Cole, from Atlanta, GA. I am the daughter of the late Allen Scruggs. I was given information about him when I was younger. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet him because he passed away when I was a baby. Do any of you remember him from school or have any photos of him throughout high school?
