After Wenonah, I went to college and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing,KY; specializing in Critical Care( Pediatrics & Adult). I joined the U.S. Army( Active Duty) and became an officer traveling the world Overseas and Stateside; got married had one child. Relocated back home (Alabama)in YR '2002 to be with what is extremely important to me(FAMILY). I earned my Master Degree in Administration in MI,while serving my country. Now, I am completing my Juris Doctorate degree in Law here in Alabama.
I am the CEO of my woman-owned minority business: IAMME,INC. Consultant Firm.
I am loving life,grateful and blessed.

Oh gosh! There are so many wonderful memories especially the times that I shared with my friends. Cheering in the gym, walking the hallway to classes and just talking shit.
I am an educator in my profession and I often think of my teachers at Wenonah from 9th to 12th
grade.
I think of how all the technical skills that I learned at Wenonah prepared me for challenges in the real world. Like, cosmetology, counting money, sewing,sports, etc.
Our family moved to Cooper Green Projects when my dad died and at the time I hated the community and moving. Over the years I couldn't have ended up in a better place, I am happy that I am a Wenonah Dragon for Life.
