Charles Cecil Mount, 50, Logan, Utah, formerly of Bismarck, died Aug. 15, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer. Services were held Aug. 18 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Logan, Utah.
Chuck was born on July 4, 1962, in Puerto Rico, to Floyd and Cathie (Knoll) Mount. He graduated from Century High School in 1980. Chuck served in the Marines for 20 years. In 1987, he married the love of his life, Fememeai (Meai) Falefitu. In 1994, they had their daughter, Catherine Aialaisa Mount. After retiring from the Marines, they moved to TwentyNine Palms, Calif.
Chuck will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle. He was a kind, big hearted, generous, patient, giving and loving man. He will be remembered as a fighter especially during his battle with cancer. He was a loving man of God and had many characteristics of Jesus. He lived a very faithful life to his Lord and Saviour.
Chuck will be greatly missed by his parents; his brother, Jeff (Ruth) Mount, Desert Hot Springs, Calif.; his sisters, Brenda (Keith) Austin, Mandan, and Pamela Stolz, Sioux Falls, S.D.; his nieces and nephews, Mikel (Tricia) Mount, Tracy (Dale) Erfle, Jeremiah Glatt, Jessica (Ray) Harris, Casey Austin and Kayla Austin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua Erfle, Colleen Erfle, Michaela Erfle, Alexander Wittrock and Xavier Harris; and his extended family which consists of six brothers, four sisters, 22 nieces and nephews and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
Chuck was preceded in death by his grandparents; his aunts; his uncles; his sister, Cheryl Welch; and his father-in-law.
