Paul Maurice Williams, Jr.
Paul Maurice Williams, Jr., 65, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed
away Tuesday, June 24, 2008.
Paul was born March 23, 1943 in Hayward, California to
Paul Sr. and Wanna Mae Plant Williams. He moved to Idaho as a
small child and lived in Moreland his entire life.
Paul attended the Snake River Schools. He married Yolanda Nun˜ez and together they
had three children. They were later divorced.
Paul served in the United States Navy, receiving an Honorable Medical Discharge shortly
after boot camp. Paul was self employed and was able to work side by side with his children
throughout the years. He loved to watch football and basketball, do crossword puzzles, spend
time at the bingo hall, collecting antiques, working and especially loved to spend time with his
family. Paul is known for being kind hearted and willing to help anyone.
He is survived by his mother, Wanna Williams of Moreland, his daughter, Julie Ann
Williams of Moreland,his sons, Clinton Maurice (Jennie) Williams of Blackfoot, David Williams
of Moreland. He is also survived by his brothers Spencer (Andrea) Williams of Wapello,
Claude (Gayle) Williams of Moreland, Phillip (Jodi) Williams of Pocatello and Timothy
Williams of Moreland, and sisters, Barbara (Earl) Pogge of Riverside and Sally Williams of
Moreland, and two grandchildren, Alexis Cherryl Williams of Moreland and Caden Maurice
Williams of Blackfoot.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2008 at the Blackfoot
Northwest Stake Center with Bishop Michael Larsen conducting.
The family will meet with friends on Sunday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Hawker
Funeral Home and from 12:00-12:45 p.m. at the Stake Center.
Interment will be in the Moreland Cemetery under the direction of the Hawker Funeral
Home.
