Mike A Evans
Mike A "Mick" Evans, 64, of Kingsport PA, formerly of Bloomington and Normal, died Thursday evening (Oct 25, 2007) at his home.
Service: Memorial service was Tuesday at St Timothy's Episcopal Church, Kingsport, with eulogy by Roger Ward. Visitation was prior to the service. A graveside service is at 1 p.m. today at Oak Hill Memorial Park, Kingsport. Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport, is serving the family of Mike Evans.
Survivors: one daughter, Melinda J Evans, Golden CO; one son, William A Evans, Kingsport; two stepdaughters, Jennifer (Ross) Walker, Kingsport and Leanne (Matt) Coffey, Graniteville, SC; one stepson, Greg (Lisa) Cross, Kingsport; six stepgrandchildren, two stepgreat-grandsons; his father Roy A Evans, Bloomington; one sister, Linda (Pete) Rojahn; and one brother Steve (Elaine) Evans, Bloomington.

Mick was such a good guy. I never heard anyone say a bad word about him. He was the first of the Fine Nine to go and his is missed by all of us.
