Donna Rae Franzoni 68, of Bloomington Illinois passed away on February 6, 2026 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center. Donna was born September 6, 1957 in Normal, Illinois to Richard and Connie West of Bloomington, Illinois. They preceded in her death along with her daughter Erica Franzoni and sister Mary Ann West. She is survived by her husband of 41 years William “Bill” Franzoni of Bloomington, sons; Adam (Stephanie) Hitzner of Normal, and Samuel Franzoni of Bloomington, seven grandchildren who she loved so much; Nick and Maddy Hitzner of Normal, Gilly and Will Franzoni of Bloomington, and Erica’s boys Damonte Campbell, Kyran Campbell and Jayceon Campbell, two sisters; Diane (Charles) Brown of Bloomington, and Lisa (Joseph) Phelan of St. Charles, Missouri, and a host of family and friends.

Donna enjoyed being with her family, shopping and especially going to a casino. Donna worked at State Farm for 35 years, retiring in 2016. Donna loved her family dearly and now she can be with Erica.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children Hospital in Donna's memory.

Visitation was held on February 21, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm at East Lawn Funeral Home, 1102 Airport Rd, Bloomington Illinois.
