Wow Milan, thanks so much for posting these pictures. Brought back many memories of when I went to Franklin Elementary school and H.G. Bent Jr. High. Great memory was when I spotted the fire escape on the side of Franklin. Loved fire drills, getting to slide down the escape. Interesting to see how many school buildings looked somewhat like castles or fortresses.

Tomorrow is Breakfast Wednesday for the Class of 1962. Rumor has it that Carol Baker Derby might be there. Carol's family owned Baker's Hamburgers on S. Main St at one time. She actually graduated from U High I think but had many friends in this class.

Tomorrow at 9am at Shannon's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to be there tomorrow for breakfast, but duty calls me to Oak Lawn to see my LVAD coordinator and those therapists and nurses and aids that surely miss me by now. Enjoy the predicted beautiful day!
