
Vance Lausmann
Vance Lausmann,76, passed away April 12 from complications of Parkinson's Disease. He had been battling the disease for 3 years. He was able to pass peacefully at home with his wife, Norma and his ever faithful dogs.
Vance, who was born in Chicago worked for American Honda until his retirement in 2005. His love for animals led him to become a dedicated volunteer with various animal organizations in the Palm Springs area.
His other interest, airplanes, afforded him the opportunity to become involved with the Palm Springs Air Museum as both a volunteer and an employee.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Norma, one son, Barry, two step children, Michael Vallejo and Carrie DeLoughy and five grandchildren. Jakob, Casey, Kaitlyn and Colin DeLoughy and Violet Vallejo.
