BLOOMINGTON — Janet K. Whitwood, 72, of Bloomington, died at 5:29 p.m. Oct. 8, 2016, at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.

Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Funks Grove Church, McLean, with Ernie Stone officiating.

Burial: Funks Grove Cemetery, McLean.

Visitation: 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home, Bloomington, is handling arrangements.

Memorials: to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Survivors: sons, Tim (Heidi) Larsen, Bloomington; Mark (Jeannie) Larsen, Lynwood, Wash.; Donald (Jamie) Whitwood, Heyworth; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Connie (Bob) Kocher, Canton, Ohio, and Katie (Robin) Dexter, Bellingham, Wash.; and brother, David (Pam) Lucas, Springfield.
