Patty Snearly went home to be with her Lord and and savior Jesus Christ on March 22, 2025.  Patty was a very friendly, warm and caring girl who loved to laugh and to do art work. She was good at many forms of art and made it entertaining and personal.  She was a great mom of two wonderful kids, son David (Sharon, Abagail) and daughter Allison.  She was a certified dog lover and raised, loved and spoiled many.  Patty earned her BA and MA degrees from Purdue and was an enthusiastic Boilermaker's fan especially footballl and basketball.  She and her husband Cork were high school sweethearts and enjoyed 59 wonderful years of marriage.  They travelled the world before retiring in the Carolinas to be near family.  She brought a smile to all who knew and interacted with her. Patty began teaching art in middle and high school at age 45 and loved that part of her life and her students loved her teaching methods.  She loved to grow,dry and wood burn beautiful gourds.  She brightened spirits with born again beads and biblical Icon art.  She volunteered on Church projects and loved the folks at "community cafe".  She is sadly missed by her family and all who knew her.
