GEER, Paul E., 59 of Riverview went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Paul moved to the area 30 years ago from Illinois and was a member of Providence Baptist Church. He is survived by: his loving wife of 41 years, Jane; son, Ryan Geer and his wife Caroline; daughters, Heather Tejada and her husband Jackson and Heidi Dixson and her husband Mark; mother, Ethel Geer; sisters, Brenda Flatness and her husband David and Beckie Stearns and her husband Doug; grandchildren, Autumn, Elliott, Makenna, Addy, Ada, Eleanor, and Ezra. Paul was a devoted servant of Christ Jesus, husband, dad, Pop Pop, and teacher. His life and testimony impacted his wife, children, grandchildren, friends, and students. Although he will be dearly missed, we rest in the knowledge that he is with our Lord and we will see him again. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 19, 2009 at Providence Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Christian School in his name.
