BLOOMINGTON -- Terry Lee Stegeman, 65, of Bloomington passed away Saturday (Feb. 15, 2014) at his home.

He was born July 8, 1948, in Bloomington, to Richard T. and Charlotte Jean Falkingham Stegeman. He married Pam Jackson on May 29, 1979, in Clayton, Mo.

Terry loved to tell jokes and always had a joke of the day. He loved to travel, listening to Elvis and dancing. He was very generous and had a heart of gold and was always there any time anyone needed him.

Survivors include his wife, Pam, Bloomington; daughter, Renee Lutz, Walcott, Iowa; grandchildren, Jacob Stegeman, Chicago; Shalyn Lutz, Bloomington; Tyler Lutz, Johnsburg; and Hannah Sersha, Washington State; brother, Richard Stegeman, Bloomington; sister, Sandy (Denny) Saunders, Bloomington; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Robin Sersha; and sister, Sherry Elder.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the 8 p.m. service Tuesday at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington.
