MORTON – Pamela M. Daub, 75, of Morton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, surrounded by her family.

She was born on October 27, 1947, in Bloomington, Ill., to Phillip and Marion (Pfiefer) Bohm. She married Harold Daub on October 14, 1967, in Bloomington. He preceded her in death on August 24, 2004. Pam was also preceded in death by her son, Tim and her parents.

Surviving are her children, Sheila (William) Scheck of Morton, Kristi (Brett) Quick of Germantown Hills and Brian Daub of Little Rock, Ark.; her loving partner of 16 years, Tom Brown of Morton; 10 grandchildren; and two sisters, Jane (Brad) Spurgeon of Washington and Mary (Mike) Mink of Bloomington.

Pam worked at Morton Community Bank as a teller for 20 years, retiring in 2001.

She loved the Chicago Cubs. Family meant everything to Pam. She cherished the times they spent together.

Pam attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Morton. She volunteered at the Morton American Legion Post 318.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton. Cremation will be accorded following visitation. A private burial of cremated remains will be held at Roberts Cemetery in Morton at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
