Marty Lozano......I think of you often. Junior year summer we hit all the local church festivals. I'll never forget the fun we had at the Ohio State Fair, how we fought over that one crazy girl. Your in my heart and thoughts always. Thank you for being my friend.
I became good friends with Marty at YSU. I was having trouble registering for classes and he took me under his wing. We proceeded to spend a lot of time at Kilcawley shooting pool and drinking instead of going to class! He was always an easy-going, likeable, thoughtful guy. I remember being seated next to Marty when he drove his dad's car THROUGH a telephone pole on Market St. Cut it in two and the pole fell on top of the car. We told his dad it happened in a parking lot - must have been hit and run!? To which his dad said "well why is the ROOF caved in then!?" Too funny. Marty was killed by a drunk driver while walking to work one morning in Colorado I believe. That was a sad call to take. Miss ya Marty...
