                                                                                                        Larry James Bayne

                                                                                          February 19, 1949 - March 22, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce, Larry Bayne, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 22, 2024. Larry was born in Teaneck, New Jersey on Saturday, February 19, 1949 to Elizabeth A. Bayne and James F. Bayne and was a brother to both Ed W. Bayne and Johanne Muller. While in New Jersey, Larry made lifelong friends and found everlasting love with his beautiful wife, Ann M. Bayne. The two exchanged vows on November 20, 1971 and immediately after Larry decided to head west with his wife for warm weather, sunny days and plans for a bright future.

During the early years of his arrival to Arizona, Larry found passion in riding his motorcycles, working on his cars, collecting and shooting his guns on the weekends, and hunting during open season. After eight years in the Grand Canyon State together, Larry and Ann welcomed their first and only child daughter, Kimberly A. Bayne, who was born in November 1979.

Larry worked extremely hard to provide for his family. With his entrepreneurial spirit he owned multiple transportation companies. Most notably K.I.M. Transportation (38 years) and B & L TP LLC (25 years). Larry was known to be not only a hard worker, but also an honest man, highly intelligent, a problem solver, always prepared, a loyal individual and had a generous heart.

His loving devotion to his family continued to grow further with the arrival of his three grandchildren, Alyssa A. Bayne Lopez, Syerra L. Bayne Lopez, and Xavier J. Bayne Lopez. He was an immensely, proud grandpa, and showed, tremendous love and support for his precious grandchildren. In his later years Larry's hobbies persisted and grew to include teaching his family life lessons, continuing his own learning by reading and watching videos on the internet, and creating life long family memories.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, James and brother, Ed. He is survived by his wife, mother, sister, daughter, and three grandchildren. Larry will be dearly missed and live forever in our hearts.
