Mike graduated from University of Oregon with a library science degree. He held several positions in bookstores. For several years he managed a department in the bookstore at Washington State University. Mike was kind hearted and one of the most honest people you will ever meet.He was passionate about helping others. He and wife Patti made numerous trips to Bocono, Venezuela to help rebuild Emmanuel Baptist Church. Anyone interested in making a donation in Mike's memory may send it to that church. The world lost an incredibly valuable man the day Mike died! |

Thanks for sharing this information, (though it breaks my heart). I enjoyed hanging out with Mike, he was a fantastic person! I remember traveling to the state basketball tournament in Pocatello with him and we had a fabulous time. We shared some classes and were nuisances in the halls between classes. RIP Mike, you are fondly remembered....
