FORGAN, Okla. - Frank Seburn "Junior" Bullard Jr., 57, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 1998.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Forgan High School gymnasium with Terry Fox and Stacy Esco officiating. Burial will be in Forgan Cemetery by Clark Funeral Service of Beaver.

Mr. Bullard was born in Mount Vernon, Texas. He moved to Beaver County 42 years ago and made his home in Forgan. He was the maintenance engineer for the Forgan schools. He also drove the activity bus for several years. He was a firefighter for 25 years, serving as fire chief for many of those years.

He married Carline Radcliff in 1957 at Clayton, N.M.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Debbie Cash of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., Tammy Griffin of Newkirk and Cindy Huebner of Turpin; two brothers, Charles Bullard of Orlando, Fla., and James Krapp of Borger, Texas; and seven grandchildren.
