PUERTO RICO - Jack V. McGlaun, 48, Cleveland, Ohio, died Wednesday in Puerto Rico.

A plant manager for M. K. Ferguson in Puerto Rico, he was a native of Monroe, La. and a former Borger resident for 20 years.

He has his home in Cleveland, Ohio, and spent the last 11 months in Puerto Rico.

He was a member of the Episcopalian Church and graduated from Borger High School in 1958. He went to Lamar University in Beaumont.

He is survived by his father, Vard McGlaun of Borger and a brother, Bob McGlaun of Houston.

Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Jack V. McGlaun, 48, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 1988 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Runeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bud Kidwell, pastor, Central Baptist Church, officiating.

Gravesides services will be in Sweetwater Cemetery in Sweetwater, under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A project manager for M.K. Ferguson, he was a native of Monroe, La. and a former Borger resident for 20 years. Home was Cleveland, Ohio and he had been in Puerto Rico for the past 11 months.

He was an Episcopalian and a graduate of Borger High School who attended Lamar University in Beaumont.

Survivors include his father, Vard McGlaun of Borger; a brother, Bob McGlaun of Houston; his step mother, Bernice McGlaun of Borger; two step brothers, Harold Smith of Plainview and Truman Smith of Amarillo; one step sister, Marjorie Teel of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
