STINNETT - Josephine "Josey" Watson, 67, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2007, at Pampa Regional Medical Center, Pampa

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Victory Baptist Church in Stinnett with J.D. Young, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Stinnett Cemetery entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors of Borger. She will lie in state at Brown's Memorial Chapel in Stinnett.

Mrs. Watson was born Jan. 14, 1940, in Tahlequah Okla, and was a Stinnett resident. She was a hairdresser in Stinnett and Borger for 40 years and was a Baptist.

She was a member of the American Legion and the Cherokee Nation.

She married Joe on Dec. 13, 1957, in Borger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bessie (Rogers) Phillips; and two brothers, Bill Lewis and Jack Phillips.

Survivors include her loving husband Joe; three sons, Joe Watson Jr. and wife Tina of Stinnett, Tommy Watson of Louisiana and Jamie Watson of Borger; two brothers, Joe Phillips of Festus, Mo. and George Phillips of Fritch; a sister Betty Brewer of Peggs, Okla.; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Casket bearers will be T.J. Watson, Brennan Watson, Danny Phillips, Dennis Phillips, Bradley Phillips, and Terry O'Shields. Honorary casket bearers will be Joe Don Watson, Jadon Watson, Ben Phillips, Dwayne Phillips, Steven Phillips, Johnny Phillips, and Dakota Blagg.

The family will be staying at 917 Morse in Stinnett.
