Janice A. SERJEANT Age 59, of Bothell, died November 9, 2002. Born Jan. 11, 1943 in Seattle to Peder and Thelma (Erickson) Rokstad. Grew up in what is now the Kenmore area. Survived by her husband, Marvin, two daughters, Debbie and Nancy Serjeant all of Bothell, and sister Nancy Craig of Ballard. Memorial Service Saturday, at 2 p.m., Nov. 30, 2002 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 24013 - 23rd Ave. S.E., Bothell. Private Interment at Floral Hills.
