Bill Sargent

Attended University of Puget Sound and earned B.A. & MBA. Served twenty two years in Navy and retired as a Commander in 1992. While on active duty I was stationed in numerous locales, with the most memorable being Adak, Alaska and Iceland. Made two deployments to SE Asia with the Seabees and deployed to the Western Pacific, for seven months, onboard the USS Point Defiance. After retiring from the service, I worked as a CPA with local governmental agencies in the Spokane area. When I retired in January 2015, I was the Chief Financial Officer for the Spokane County Library District. I also have sixteen years experience in teaching accounting and financial management classes for various college level extension courses.
