Valerie Moore Fairchild passed away on February 28, 2016 at a nursing home in Renton, Washington.  

In her brother Terry's words, "Valerie was reluctant to see anyone while in the care center.  She was always so proud and insecure at the same time.  She didn't want anyone to know she wasn't at the top of her game.  Valerie's son and wife are just about to embark on a short vacation and will establish a time for some kind of memorial when they return."

   Terry, will let me know of those details and I will pass that information on to you.   I have expressed our condolences to Terry and the family from the BHS Class of '63 over their and our loss of Valerie.

     I am so sorry she could not come to any of our Reunion Events over the past three years.
