Age 20, he is unemployed and his nearest relative is a sister Miss Betty Louise Ewing, same P. O. Box in Boulder City. Bill's parents were Willa Bell Bynum (1890-1941) and Albert Austin Ewing (1884-1944). On 20 February 1954, Bill married Ila Fern Penington (1919-1998) in Las Vegas. They had a daughter. He died in 17 Sep 1968 in Long Beach, CA, and both he and his wife Ila are buried in Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
