WILLIAM DAVIS William "Bill" Schlecht Davis, 88, a resident of Boulder City since 1941, passed away, June 27, 2018 at Homestead at Boulder City. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard P. and Amelia Ann (Schlecht) Davis; his brothers, Joseph and Leonard; and his second wife, of 28 years, Arlene Linette (Thomas/Scott) Davis. Bill is survived by his brother, Henry P. "Hank" Davis; his children, Brock, Antonio, and Anna Maria Davis; and their mother, Bill's first wife, Alberta A. Horn (Aispuro.) Bill is also survived by step-children, Glenn A., Lawrence L. and Kimberly Scott (MacKenzie); as well as numerous loving, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Service is at 2 p.m. July 12, Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005 with a gathering at 3 p.m. to relate favorite "Bill Stories" of his life well lived.
