NEVE, Hulda Harriet (Watts) A memorial service for Hulda Harriet (Watts) Neve on the anniversary of her passing will be held at the Mesquite Church of Christ on Sunday, March 13, at 2:00 pm. She was born in Boulder City, NV in 1938, passing peacefully from this life on March 14, 2021 in Dallas, TX. She and William (Larry) ran their own photography business, Neve Photique, in Dallas/Mesquite from the 1960's to 2014. Hulda was active in the Mesquite Symphony, Chamber of Commerce, Exchange Club, and Garden Club.
