Here is the warm , loving note  Cathy sent to Barbara Savoy  ..  we thought it  would be appreciated by all of us.

Hi Barbara,

This email is not easy for me to send......Rich fought long and hard to deal with his Pulmonary Fibrosis however it caught up to him and he past away Saturday Evening, November 17.  He was a trooper through it all but his body just gave out.

His funeral arrangements are at the So. NV Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City. The website link is https;//www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com/notices/Richard-Roper

Please pass along this information to the California Alumni.  You know he cherished his school years  and childhood memories.

He is the love of my life and I will cherish the years spent with him.  He leaves a legacy of love and kindness💝

Warmest regards,

Cathy Roper
